Introducing Route Planning! Depot Managers, Route builders, and Recovery drivers can take advantage of planning a route ahead of recovery using better tooling and real-time data for asset collection. Recovery driver enhancements: 1. Drivers can skip stops by providing a code pertaining to why (weather, location closed, can't find, etc.) 2. Drivers can prematurely finish the route by providing a code pertaining to why (full truck, overweight, over hours, etc.) 3. Drivers can 'reopen' a stop after it's closed for last second additions. 4. Drivers can re-add a stop they've previous been to for example if it was closed. Minor usability enhancements have also been released.

Fixed an issue causing Indexed DB viewer to not be viewable sometimes. Database now uploadable for logged in users to CC for debugging.
