A new update for the Mammal Diversity Database (MDD) app is live!
This app is built to complement the web version of the Mammal Diversity Database (MDD). It is tailored for biologists, conservationists, researchers, and nature enthusiasts. It provides offline access to an updatable mammal database of taxonomic and biodiversity information. The Biodiversity Committee of the American Society of Mammalogists (ASM) compiles and maintains MDD.
The app utilizes a high-performance native database engine and framework to query mammalian taxonomy, names, and synonyms worldwide.
