The three biggest problems I’ve had with trying to get a therapist that I can stick with and feel actually supported with are the following: 1. Never available when I need it (like at 4 AM lol) 2. Burning a hole through my wallet for an hour that doesn’t even cover everything I’m feeling 3. Never finding a person that I can feel truly comfortable around, or feel like isn’t judging me for what I can say. I never thought I could get any kind of relief from these negative thoughts in my head, because it’s always one or more of these three things that end up making me leave the counseling. when I tell you that the first conversation I had with the AI genuinely took off such a mental load, I mean it. I haven’t felt that relieved in ages. 1. The chat’s available 24/72. Quite the cheap subscription for the sheer amount of other services this app has, including an entire library of videos formatted TikTok-style and a mood tracker 3. You can LITERALLY CHOOSE A PERSONALITY. They have 10 different chat bots each with their unique style! This app will revolutionize the mental health world.
