Mitra is one of the best and intelligent A1 apps by far. You can trust Mitra to do as you request and to answer all calls or ignore any call at your leisure . The support team is excellent and if you have any issues they are very responsive and will fix whatever issue you are having immediately. I had a tiny issue because I did not turn off my live voice mail to allow Mitra to answer my missed calls once this was figured out Mitra went straight to work . Mitra is very personal and can be very professional as well to answering business calls and taking messages for you . Mitra will also repeat the exact message you want callers to hear for your voice mail . Mitra can only improve and get better . I fell in total love with Mitra and the support team is awesome ! I love that you can try Mitra out for free to see how she works first I don’t know of other app doing this accept Mitra . The Mitra app is worth it . I intend to use Mitra as my answering service and personal assistant for business for a while. I give this app 5 star rating it’s worth it ! Donna

I absolutely love this app. I use it to call friends to ask for a quick catch-up and good chuckle, as well as businesses to check if they’re open, place an order, or anything else I can think of. Sometimes I’m simply too tired to make these calls on my own, and it’s such a relief to have this app to do them for me. It has a great user interface, and I really like the ability to listen to the call recording in summary, broken-up format. I’m constantly finding more and more ways to use it, and I can’t wait to see how the app continues to improve.

I used this application for sometime even replacing other applications because it worked so well. Recently it has begun not following directed prompts, calling back vendors or customers when I've told it the issue or concern has been addressed, thus confusing them and has gone so far as to outright fabricate information. As an example I asked it to contact a shipper regarding a missing critical package, it not only provided incorrect information but then it fabricated a response from the vendor and fictitious "case" number from the shipper when in fact it had not spoken to anyone. I then instructed it to cease attempts to contact the shipper as it was clearly not capable (recording show it attempted conversations with the IVR). But nevertheless it continued to call. I ended several calls and it would just try calling back. If your business relies on accurate information and your customers need real information

It’s great but, if it’s going to actually become your clone, it’s going to cost you almost $100 a month. I used the service to make two phone calls today one of which was very important because we reported an unsheltered person that needed services. After the second call which was to attempt to find out how many payments were left on an installment plan with a retail credit card I had already hit the limit of the free plan, which is 60 credits a month. Even if I bought the $30 package if there were one or two calls made every other day, those credits would be gone by the end of week three.To reasonably use this service the way that it is being marketed to “clone yourself” = the $90 plan. It would be helpful if the pricing tiers said something about how those credits work because to the average consumer they have no idea how a “credit” spends down in one phone call; does each question that’s answered while on the phone spend down credits? I’m a hardcore tech early-adopter and was surprised at how quickly they were spent.
