過去看醫生的經驗往往是費時費力的，特別是因傷或因病而行動不方便時；為了看到適合的醫師，即便僅是回診看報告，通勤候診花上的時間沒大半天是不行的，這還是都會區民眾的經驗，若是換到離島偏鄉，那可要耗上更為巨大的通勤時間與成本。
因此，提供醫療機構完整資通訊解決方案，支持醫療機構建立並提供遠距診療服務，以呼應政府政策，協助醫院門診服務降載，降低民眾風險。
醫療機構提供遠距門診服務，讓民眾在衛生所就可以利用視訊與專科醫師進行咨詢或看診，利用科技縮短了醫師與病患的距離，讓台灣的醫療水準更上一層樓。

螢幕分享與白板筆: 本服務具電子白板筆功能，可顯示筆觸及顯示透過平台分享的醫療影像。
相機: 利用相機的功能建立視訊通話
麥克風: 利用麥克風的功能建立視訊通話
電話: 當新的視訊通話要被建立時，將會利用電話的功能提醒有來電
通知: 開診、到診與視訊通話的建立將使用通知功能
行動通訊: 本APP將透過行動通訊功能向伺服器取得資訊與建立連線
