With the Kern Smart Service App, you can create service requests from anywhere with your smartphone and also add a picture attachment. If a technical problem arises, you can immediately give the Kern specialists responsible secure remote access to the machine and enable the problem to be dealt with quickly. If required, they can also access your machine and production data directly via the app. The machine overview shows all machines and statuses at a glance.
