If I didn’t have to use this service I wouldn’t.

We use this for our after hours service and some of our people use it because constantly monitoring a webpage is not realistic and it has been an absolutely horrible experience. When it lets you log in it constantly kicks you out. Possibly the worst app I have ever had the displeasure of using.

Needs significant improvement

The app has great potential, however, it’s unreliable and very buggy. It logs me out randomly, the call forwarding option doesn’t work, it’s not consistent with any of the basic functions (including answering a call) and needs a serious overhaul. Would love for the app to be functional.

We rely on this app for on call services and it’s absolutely worthless. Buggy. Logs out without notification. Connectivity issues. I can’t understate how awful this app is.
