Game is fun to play. Obviously it will be P2W in some aspects and people are only crying about it. The only problem is the moderator called Hera. I’ve never someone present themselves as this almighty person yet have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Telling people to stop bothering her, to just not play the game if they’re complaining and that they aren’t needed, answering rudely to any comments just because people aren’t on their knees for her and on top of that she wants to act like she’s the law of this game because she created the Discord and it’s up to her what goes. I seen many messages from the company saying that they will investigate but I see no changes made. Originally, you guys said she wasn’t part of your company and that you guys had nothing to do with her and now in newer messages all you say is you will look into it because you don’t want the Discord community to have this issue. It seems very contradicting and this game would be a 5* if it wasn’t for this. The game’s customer service and Facebook is the best I’ve seen. I hope they can get rid of the problem and let people enjoy a Discord without having to deal with someone’s agenda.

It really is a small version of Perfect World Mobile, all the quests and such are the same. There are so many glitches… too many to list... The graphics are nice but it causes issues for players with older devices (like one to two years older devices lol 😑 no one should have to buy the latest device just to play this 🙄). I have enjoyed this game from PWI to PWM (even played Perfect World Revolution and they ended up scrapping that pwm remake.. never got that refund btw 😆). The one thing that is consistently bad is the fact that its a good game that’s woefully managed. When I found out Hera was working on it and attempting to promote it I thought… that’s not good. Hera is incredibly rude and unprofessional; I have seen her make new players quit and skew game info to benefit her personal friends. I assume nepotism (?) because no other employee can behave so woefully and still have a job. She comes across as someone’s idiot relative that they placed in a sandbox because she really can’t do anything else. But I digress... in synopsis it’s a decent (not stellar) game that’s an obvious cash grab with horrible management. Let’s keep looking friends!

I really want to love this game I came from PWM, hoping they aren’t the same company. PWM has bad customer service, like really bad. The experience with this new PWA customer service team I’ve had so far is 10/10. I can see they tried their best to fix my issues as quick as they could.Graphics and everything are ok except the font is really small even tho I put it at “extra large”. I hope the team will make the letters more visible.Cash shop is cheaper in PWA. If anyone really wanna complain about how expensive it is or how much p2w it is, PWM was worse, ways worse.Last but not least, Hera as a discord moderator. This girl is known for being extremely rude from PWM we don’t know why she is here even tho she is not playing the game. Zero game experience but managing their discord to humiliate other players (old and new) most of us who came from PWM already got sick of the attitude. We came here for a new start and boom, Hera is in the new discord. Yes we are still seeing her giving people attitude everyday in this new PWA discord. My advice is to just play the game and ignore their community discord. The game is good despite the community.

As a long time lover of Perfect World, played on the Pc game since the original 3 races/6 classes. Played PWM when it released and now I’ve drifted to this- this version is just simply better than PWM. The quests actually give rewards that are useful and their catch up mechanic can get you all orange level 79 gear to get you started. In two days I was able to hit over 220k BR without spending anything- this would be unheard of in PWM! This version is also solo friendly, the NPC bots you can have tag along will are actually useful and (to an extent) follow the mechanics of the fights. This game feels like they want you to actually play it unlike PWM that asks you to swipe for things this game hands you or you can grind to unlock. I am very impressed with this version compared to the other and would 100% suggest anyone playing PWM tries this out to understand how much better it really is. Hopefully it stays up (unlike revolution..)
