War of Nova is everything I could want in a strategy game and more. From the moment I launched it, I was pulled into a richly detailed universe with stunning visuals, dynamic combat mechanics, and a storyline that actually makes you care about the factions involved. The balance between real-time tactics and long-term planning keeps every match feeling fresh, intense, and rewarding.What really sets War of Nova apart is the depth of customization—whether it’s building out your fleet, managing your resources, or choosing how to approach diplomacy or domination, the freedom is unmatched. The multiplayer mode is surprisingly smooth and well-optimized, with a great community that adds to the challenge.The devs clearly care about this game. Updates are frequent, bugs are rare, and new content keeps rolling in. It’s hard to find a game that nails both strategic depth and visual polish, but War of Nova does just that. If you’re even remotely into sci-fi or strategy, this is a must-play.

This is a great game. Currently it has areas that need improvements, but they are actively working them. Their level of involvement with players is something new and refreshing. These devs actually listen and that is an odd thing to comprehend modern mobile games. Most people see these games as cash grabs but this game is definitely not. Now they won’t turn down your money if you are willing to give it to them, but the F2P can absolutely participate in pvp, which is the bread and butter of this game. Definitely try it out and don’t be deterred if it’s not what you expected at the beginning, it grows on you over time. Before you know it, you have found a community you love and are talking and playing with them everyday. Keep it up devs, this game has a great future!

I’m a big fan of RTS games like these, especially since this one reflects Season 1 of OG RTW. This game has great interface and utility, and feels nice. But it is purely built for a spender experience. There are no rewards for early chapter completion besides resources which you passively gain regardless. The free pass has some tickets you can use at the commissary but with the extremely low amount they give you and the amount of time it takes to grind the pass it’s basically irrelevant compared to a spender.My worst experience so far is on the commissary chests, you have a (Open x amount of chests for a GUARANTEED EPIC ITEM) so I open that many chests and don’t get one on the one that was supposed to be guaranteed. Then I open two more just for 3 greens each. Then the probability tracker completely disappeared from the chest. I’m sure this is just early bugs and poor user experience but I do really hope the developers consider having a more rewarding experience for F2P. Not limiting new players to 30mins of gameplay every few hours because they can’t get any new ships.

Five days in and I’m really enjoying the strategic elements of the game. Resource balance is great and makes you think about what you’re doing when things get tight. Only thing is my old man eyes need slightly bigger text. Or way bigger if I’m being honest.
