Presenting TourTix, a mobile application designed to assist Tour Operator partners with current approved agreements during the cruise guest check-in process for approved shore excursions. TourTix provides a contactless option for checking in cruise guests on approved shore excursions using their shipboard ID card in place of collecting paper shore excursion tickets for later shipboard redemptions.
The mobile app is designed to:
Eliminate need to print / distribute paper shore excursion tickets to cruise guests.
Improve cruise guest check-in process though contactless validation.
Accelerate the approved shore excursion check-in process, reducing cruise guest wait times.
Simplify and enhance redemption process, reporting cruise guest check-in data in real-time.
Offer user-friendly sales tool for Tour Operator partner last minute excursion offers.
NOTE: This app is currently designed to support Carnival Cruise Line.
