I have been religiously scanning all of my turns into the app and got 850 points and I had some that would not scan. They said it would be updated by 100 points more since 2 of mine wouldn’t scan but that I would have to sign out for it to be updated. Upon signing back in they decided to take 850 points away from me for no reason and only left me with the 100 they owed me. I am EXTREMELY mad and I will likely not purchase their disposables anymore due to this huge inconvenience. Absolutely asinine they would do that to a loyal customer. I’ve been saving my points for merch but there goes that idea. This made me not like turn anymore and ruined my night.

They want you to scan QR codes to earn points but the way to scan the codes and the codes on the items themselves are very poorly optimized leading to things not being able to scan. I recommend putting in a feature to type in codes.

I love what turn has to offer but wish they had some kind of feature to connect their devices specifically the pod pack to check battery level and stuff like that or if you loose it by accident. 🙏🏼

The way they’re expecting you to scan the qr codes for your points doesn’t work. They want the QR in the box but it’s locked onto one camera and when you bring the QR close it doesn’t focus. There’s no zooming. No way to switch the camera. Just a flash setting.
