The Subscriber Connect app is for Subscribers of CDG's Clients (PRTC, Clear Wave Fiber, Archtop Fiber, Home Telecom etc) to manage their account, view their invoice, pay bills, view plan details, upgrade their plan, view unbilled usage and usage analysis, create and track support tickets, test speed and use AI chatbot powered self service with option for live agent escalation to trouble shoot and get their questions answered. The app security includes advanced inactivity timers, session auto-disconnect. Subscribers will experience their CSPs branding such as logo and color choices once they sign up in the app. The app dynamically adapts to each client, ensuring that subscribers access personalized details and services tailored to their specific CSP. Built with advanced technology, Subscriber Connect offers: - Real-time self service and live chat with Agent/Specialist for responsive communication -Automated session management with inactivity timers and idle session auto-disconnect -Intuitive workflows to simplify support processes For example, PRTC subscribers will see PRTC-specific account details, while users from CWF or Archtop will view data based on their respective providers. We’ve introduced major enhancements to improve user experience and streamline app accessibility: 1. Payment Integration: Subscribers can now make payments directly within the app using a variety of credit and debit cards. The new payment system is secure and supports both one-time transactions and recurring payments. Users can also enable Auto Pay to ensure timely and hassle-free renewals without manual intervention. 2. Biometric Authentication: To make logging in faster and more secure, we've integrated biometric authentication (Face ID and Touch ID). This allows subscribers to log in effortlessly across multiple devices using their registered biometric credentials.
