Hadirnya SINKRON memberikan kemudahan untuk pengguna yang melaksanakan kegiatan SiBLing (Supervisi, Buktikan, dan Lihat Langsung) dan Customer Visit di Fasilitas Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjutan.
Melalui SiBLing, pengguna akan memperoleh fakta sesungguhnya atas pemberian pelayanan prima yang diberikan oleh fasilitas kesehatan kepada Peserta JKN dalam rangka perbaikan dan peningkatan mutu layanan.
Fitur yang tersedia diantaranya:
- Form SiBLing, untuk input hasil pelaksanaan SiBLing di FKTP dan FKRTL.
- Form Customer Visit, untuk input hasil pelaksanaan Customer Visit di FKRTL.
- Capaian, untuk mengetahui jumlah Faskes yang dilaksanakan SiBLing dan jumlah Peserta yang dilakukan Customer Visit.
- Monitoring Evaluasi, untuk mengetahui Area of Improvement di setiap Faskes atas pelaksanaan SiBLing dan Customer Visit.
