1. Candidate and Employee Tracking

Employee Progression: Once candidates transition into employees, the system continues to track their journey, offering insights into their growth, role changes, and performance milestones.
2. Timesheet Management
Easy Time Tracking: Our user-friendly interface allows employees to effortlessly log their working hours, project time allocations, and overtime. This feature ensures accurate timekeeping and simplifies payroll processing.
Approval Workflows: Managers can review and approve timesheets and vacation requests with just a few clicks, reducing administrative overhead and ensuring that all recorded time aligns with project and company policies.
3. Comprehensive Profile Management
Centralized Employee Profiles: The ATS maintains detailed profiles for each candidate and employee, including resumes, work history, skills, certifications, and performance reviews. This centralized approach ensures that all relevant information is readily accessible.
Profile Updates: Employees can easily update their profiles to reflect new skills, certifications, or role changes, ensuring that the HR team always has the most current data.
Ratings & Reviews
Resume Upload: Now uploads resumes to the root SharePoint folder. Only PDF files show the "Preview Resume" button, ensuring unsupported formats like DOCX don't trigger previews.
Profile Refresh: Added pull-to-refresh on the Profile screen. When users swipe down, the latest candidate data is fetched and updated in real time.
Calendar Fix: Fixed the Date of Birth picker with a year dropdown selector to avoid long swiping—enhancing usability and accuracy.
Profile Screen Design Improvements:
Cleaner layout with better spacing and typography.
Highlighted sections for personal info, application status, and resume details.
Added Update Details buttons with consistent styling.
Unified theme using the app’s orange, white, and dark background palette.
