Helpful App Except for Mobile Deposit

I’ve been a customer of St Anne’s for some time. Their app has improved, however, the Mobile Deposit function has not. I have attempted on numerous occasions to take photos of the check I wish to deposit, without success. No matter how far I zoom out, or how far I zoom in, and no matter the light conditions, I’ve received an error message. I’ve been forced to take several checks to the bank to deposit, with no explanation given for why the mobile deposit function doesn’t work, other than sometimes it just doesn’t. It was a great function when it worked. Now it’s just annoying.

Needs Mobile Check Deposits

They’ve improved this app with the addition of Touch ID since the last version but it really needs the ability for mobile check deposits. Many small banks are already using that within their apps. I’m confident they’ll include it at some point but hopefully it’s sooner than later.

Fraud security is a great thing but quit shutting off my card!!!

Extremely embarrassing that they just shut down your card whenever they feel like there may be fraudulent use, however they’ve done it to me almost half a dozen times in the past three months!!! Making matters worse is there IS NO AFTER BUSINESS HOURS PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN CALL! So his forbid you work nights and use your card only to find it shut down. So basically bank is fine as long as you don’t make multiple transfers online on the app & you don’t decide to pay some bills over the phone because they’ll just dictate if you can use your card or not on the next transaction!!! It’s my money. Like I literally gave to beg to use it. Feeling like I’m 12 again

When in person at the branch located near me, I asked the teller if there was a mobile app she said yes, and assured me it was easy to download and set up. Using mobile banking since its incarnation and did not expect it to be a glitch for any issues. I downloaded the app and deleted it multiple times because every time I type in all my information it says cannot be completed at this time and if you try to open it on a browser, the browser shows the screen cut off, so there’s no way to do it there either.
