Overall I really enjoy this game but there are a few things that make the gameplay downright annoying. Recently one of the updates made it so that you’re unable to trash any of the tool items, even if they’re just pieces and not the full leveled up item. This leads to a lot of wasted space on the game board. I’m constantly running out of space and not being able to get rid of items is annoying. There’s also the issue that some of the bubbles you get after merging an item, can be purchased or you can watch an ad. This is nice, except the ad button replaces the trash button. So your only option is the watch the ad or wait until the time runs out for this item to go away. Again, when you’re low on space, this is an issue.The powerups are very difficult to get in the game. I’ve probably gotten less than five total the whole time I’ve been playing, which is super uncommon in a game like this. Having the scissors be more likely to show up would be really helpful. There are also four or five pop ups every single time you open the app trying to get you to buy something, which in a game advertised to children, I find pretty insidious.Things I do like, are the general gameplay, the storylines, and the character development. It’s nothing complex but it’s enough to be entertaining. The events are fun and keep me coming back. I like the different items that you unlock and the overall design of the app. The art style is fun and it’s an easy game to play.

I absolutely am addicted to this game and with the amount of money I will not admit I have spent playing , it is absolutely so frustrating that your card auto generation system is impossible. For example, I play daily and open multiple dream collection cards and find it so hard to get any card packs past a lvl 3 and if you do it’s a 1/5 chance you’ll get even 1 card you need past the 10th collection. I understand it’s spouse to be hard due to the reward but at the end of the day this is still a Barbie game so my little girl heart would really appreciate making it a little easier !!🫶🏼

It’s a cute game, but you can only play in short bursts before using up energy. It’s very expensive to host a game, especially one that requires a large back end (data storage for all the graphics and game pieces). So I don’t think it should be free, but I do think that if you want me to buy from you, you need me to trust you. If you want me to trust you, you need to have credibility. If you want credibility, you need to **not load the dice!** You know what I mean. Changing the statistical probability of secondary items coming from a producer based on whether any of the shoppers are requesting it? At least be more subtle. You have more than a few complaints that players go through their entire energy store to get the items without seeing any sign of it. But when no one is buying, there’s tons of these items! Especially when you have buyers for the primary items. It’s such a dramatic difference. There is no way to deny it.

Feeling really disappointed by my experience with this game and support. Got really into it for a few weeks, maybe playing an hour a day. Tonight I had an object bug out my board, and eventually disappear entirely after a game refresh. Not sure what happened, but it’s preventing me from fully upgrading an item and moving forward with progression. Attempted to contact support through the app, only for the chat bot to leave me on open and stop responding. No way to contact a real person or open a support ticket. Just stuck in an infinite chat box with a bot that won’t respond. Very sad I have to install after all the hours and progress I’ve made in this game :(Edit: 2nd high level item just disappeared off my board. Have yet to receive any response from support in the numerous days since I first contacted. Really upset I’ve dedicated so much time for absolutely no reason, uninstalling this buggy game. DO NOT INSTALL!!!
