I’m a little late on writing this review.. but I had been thinking it would be beneficial to have an app for people that order from TOTM on phones.. and it finally happened! Granted there are a few things you can do on the website that you can’t on the app.. but there are also things on the app you see before it’s on the website! It’s a win win! Way to go Jack!

Tried logging in, password failed. Tried using a different password, no failed message pops up but I am still on the login page, spamming the login button does nothing. Tried resetting my password, link to reset does nothing, only opens the app and stays on the page I had opened to reset my password where I had typed my email out. Useless app where the buttons do absolutely nothing at all, it’s almost embarrassing. I definitely do not think this website should be providing mobile app services if this is the quality of service we are to receive. It needs heavy work. Will just continue to use the website. I recommended everyone looking to use this app do the same. We can’t trust barely functioning apps to make our purchases and subscriptions. That’s just a matter of problems waiting to happen.

I love Sean and his coffee products, but this app right now is unusable. It won’t let me login because it says my password is incorrect…okay no problem but, I’ll just reset it, except when I try to reset it, it initially refused to let me click the button at all to send the email to reset my password, and when I finally could click it, a message appeared and said something along the lines of “You have reached your maximum limit of password resets” or something like that. The TOTM website also tried to direct me to the app to track my package after I placed an order, which I wouldn’t have a problem with if I could log into the app. I look forward to trying out the app at a later time if improvements are made and would be happy to update my review to reflect the quality of the app.
