The Blue ZonesTM Health app allows users to access their team of doctors and care team, certified in the Blue Zones principles and board-certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. This free app provides access to support your health and well-being goals, and virtually connects you to your trusted care team. This app integrates with the Apple HealthKit to access and share health and fitness data with the user's permission to help users live better, longer. Our approach to healthcare combines insights from Blue Zones’ 25+ years of identification and research into the longest-lived peoples and application of that research to improve well-being at the population level, with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine's evidence-based physician training and certifications. Research shows lifestyle medicine is the most effective approach to reverse and manage chronic diseases, but our current healthcare system is set up to treat sickness and symptoms. Whether virtually from your home or in-person at our 100+ care settings, we treat the whole person - addressing diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and community - before resorting to medications and surgery.
