Introduction Our Employee Application is designed to empower warehouse and field teams with the right tools to manage customers, process orders, track activities, and carry out deliveries efficiently. It provides real-time access to warehouse data, streamlines reporting, and ensures higher productivity across the workforce. 2. Core Features A) Create Order Search customers by name. Access digital product catalogue. Add products via Name, SKU, or Barcode scan. Adjust quantity, discounts, and estimates (custom pricing). Support for back orders. Product images, cost & ranking visibility can be toggled from admin. Choose between pickup, delivery, or shipping while creating orders. B) Expense Management Add and track expenses. Entity types: Payee, Customer, Supplier. Expense types: Stock, Return, or custom. Create new expense categories as needed. C) Orders Accept payments (partial or full). View invoice details and payment history. Log visits, calls, and meetings. Route planning & geo-tagging for field staff. Generate daily/weekly activity reports. D) Order & Quotation Management Create and share quotations instantly. Convert quotations into confirmed orders. Track full order history and status updates. E) Product & Inventory Access Browse digital product catalog with pricing. Check stock availability. Get cross-sell and upsell suggestions. F) Mobile Access Mobile-friendly interface for field staff. 3. Driver Module View list of Vehicle Routing Optimizations based on date/time. Mark deliveries as delivered after completion. Access map directions directly by clicking delivery location. 4. Access Management Access is controlled through the backend admin tool called Warehouse Admin. Admins can grant or revoke access at any time via Warehouse Admin. 5. Data App data is synced from the backend, including: Products, Product Categorization, Brands, Customers, Invoices, etc. When a warehouse signs up, their employees can download the app and access warehouse-specific data.
