iPad 10th generation recently ffbkc app crashes when trying to make payments inside the app. Whenever I select an account to make a payment to it crashes.

I really enjoyed the old platform. It had its downfalls so I understand the desire to change however, I do miss the old version. This new platform is clunky and complicated. I have to click too much to get to the desired window of information, I wish I could rename my accounts (so I don’t have to remember which 4 numbers correlate to which account), the insight tab is CLUNKY-the budgets and the tags have a hard time updating and being adjusted (which is VERY frustrating). The app is overall slow. I am being highly critical because I run my small business and family budget off the app’s features. I love this bank and the people that run it. This platform has potential and could be really powerful. I really hope updates are coming soon.

Maybe the best mobile banking app I’ve ever used! Intuitive and easy to link external accounts

No one can answer why everything going thru my account is pending. This is what use to happen several years ago. Question: when something is pending has it come out of my account or not.
