Hi! Honestly, I never expected to find an app that made astrology so approachable and easy to understand. The advisor I chatted with answered all my random questions with patience, and the articles are fun to read. I’ve already told my group chat to check it out!

This platform felt like a scam to trick users into spending lots of money up front, placing the original “hook” report on a one hour delay - without disclosing that it would not be immediately available upon subscription.Once I completed the trial subscription, I immediately landed on a page that had nothing but ppv reports, with no information about the original report I had completed and subscribed to view. I had to dig around the platform, navigating through pages of ppv content to find that the one I’d subbed for was on a one-hour timer. When I replied to customer service from the sub confirmation email asking to cancel, they told me they couldn’t find my account by the email. What followed was a string of emails back and forth where they asked for increasingly weird information to “locate” my account - the last straw being an actual receipt from the bank proving the charge. Which is kind of NOT how receipts work - vendors provide receipts not banks… the whole time they could have just explained how to cancel it myself in the app, which I just found.

As you can probably already assume, you’re not chatting with real people, just AI chat bots. I gave it a try for the heck of it, paid $10 for like 2 minutes and then the astrologist or whatever he was supposedly addressed me by his own name and then couldn’t actually answer anything. Just incorrect nonsense. At least train your AI to be relatively believable. They will charge you so much money too just for a subscription if you forget to cancel. I’m now out of $60 for 2 mins of chat with AI lol. I feel real dumb as I should.
