PDF Summary: Got a mountain of medical history to review minutes before an appointment? Our new PDF Summary tool is here to help! After documents are uploaded to a patient's chart, just tap "Summarize" to get a concise overview of the paperwork. (This is working great for structured data (typed character), but is also working well with handwritten notes! We are continuously making improvements to our AI's OCR- Optimal Character Recognition) Section Formatting: Now you can choose how your scribe notes appear! Display them in paragraphs, numbered lists, or bulleted lists. (Heads up: more improvements to this feature's workflow and additional settings are coming soon!) Bug Fixes: We had some reports of vitals sections not holding new weight values properly- this should be resolved. We had reports of the technicians being listed as the provider for an encounter simply because they'd started the recording. This has been resolved and the Provider listed for the encounter will always be the DVM for which the appointment was scheduled, unless manually changed.

Seamless Recording Experience: The app now checks your login status before starting a recording to prevent issues with saving sessions. The veterinarian field in encounters will no longer auto-fill from the Vetspire Web. Fixed an issue where uploaded PDF attachments sometimes showed a blank screen when viewed. Scribe processing will now continue even if your device screen locks. Resolved the “Unable to read file” error on iOS devices.

Access Past Recordings on Secondary iOS Devices You can now retrieve previously recorded audio and transcripts when using a secondary iOS device. Weight Unit Update Issue Resolved We've fixed an issue that prevented users from updating weight units to pounds (LBS). iOS File Access Error Fixed Resolved a bug that caused an "Unable to read file" error on the iOS app. AI-Updated Valuesets Now Sync to App Valuesets updated by AI now appear correctly in the app, not just on the web. Easier Workflow Management You can now close out of the sync/decline workflow with a simple "X" button. AI Mapping Restored for Repeated Encounters Fixed a regression where repeated encounters were not returning AI-generated mappings. Discharge Sections Now Visible on Web Discharge information from encounters now correctly appears in the Vetspire web interface. Plan Sections Display Fix Plan sections now show up properly on the web when using specific encounter types. Recording Loss Issue Resolved We've addressed a problem where audio recorded before hitting "pause" was not being saved.
