I love using Instagram to save memories of my life. Instagram is fun to post on when I’m sharing photos with friends so they can share the photo as well, and when I’m feeling confidant or proud in a moment. However, I like documenting my life in photos, even if I’m not an influencer. This app gives you an amazing space to document your life without having the anxiety of it being “instagram worthy” or having to come up with the best caption. I take a photo, sometimes I’m the app and sometimes not, and upload it and document how I’m feeling in the moment. I have decreased my Instagram usage with this app and my mindset has shifted so fast on focusing completely on myself and my tangible relationships. Not focusing on celebrities, influencers, and the many people/things online that cause extreme anxiety. This is app is a GAME CHANGER! As SOON as this app was available in the App Store, I had it. I love the intention and thought that was put into creating this space. It truly allows you to collect special moments of your life, journal, and organize what’s important to you in such a simple way. You can look back on those memories, without feeling the need for it to be seen by anyone else. Its posted for you. It’s helped me track my activity progress & holds me accountable when it comes to my track record for keeping up with goals. I love that you can share it with who you want, as well as the journal prompts. I’ve recommended it to several people and can honestly say, the more you use it, the more you truly get a better glimpse at your life’s highlights for yourself, which is so much more rewarding.

Doesn’t matter if there are bug fixes. Immediately knew I’d pay for an annual subscription. This brings me genuine JOY. Great work Lena and just continue to focus on bugs and small issues. This app has actually replaced my doom scrolling. This should be the next big thing! Your pricing is reasonable by the way and competitively priced.** adding to my review: still loving it after using it for a week. Love that it creates a “feed”. It’s so wonderful that we can add comments to memories too. One thing I’d say can be improved: the frequency of notifications. They should feel more thoughtful and I find them very frequent.

As a day one customer & someone who has been following lenalifts for years (I also buy the Day by Day journals and use it daily) I was so excited to use this app. A month after signing up for an annual plan I continued getting notifications for a sale. The price was now significantly lower than when I signed up. They continue to run these sales and I keep getting notifications about it even though I have the annual plan. The base price is half the cost of when I signed up (day 1). It feels insulting to be a day 1 customer and get punished for it in a way. I reached out to customer service which was extremely hard to get a hold of and I expressed my frustration and that I was no longer interested in the product since the experience left a bad impression. They then offered two additional complimentary years. Not only did this offer seem out of touch but it also indicated to me that they weren’t listening to what I had expressed to them.I had high hopes and really wanted to like this app but this whole experience has left me feeling negative association with it. They let me know that Apple is in charge of purchases so they can’t do anything? I inquired more about this, trying to get more answers/options with them and have been getting ignored for weeks. I think I have poked them about 4 times over a month, even letting them know I would look into further action if I didn’t hear from them soon and they are not responding.I really wanted to enjoy this app but overall the experience has left a bad taste.
