Less than 2 weeks since launch, this update is packed with powerful cleans (and presses) to level up every part of the app—from onboarding to building and flowing through your workouts.
+20 New Workout Types
Our launch was intentionally lean. We’ve expanded from 4 strength session types to 24—unlocking new splits like Upper Body Push / Lower Body Pull, advanced combos like Legs & Shoulders, and targeted sessions for Arms, Glutes, and Calves. All accessible directly from the Workout Builder.
Workout Player Improvements
We cleaned up a ton of audio cue issues—fixing overlapping sounds, adding prep countdowns, and improving music ducking so your workouts feel smoother, smarter, and more hands-free.
Calendar Improvements
Visual upgrades plus performance fixes. The before-and-after is night and day.
Onboarding Improvements
New tooltips help you warm up to the app faster, plus better tap targets and Apple AutoFill on login to get you moving with less friction.
Animations
We beefed up the animations to match the energy of the workouts you’re about to crush.
