Our private and small group training programs and group classes are designed and structured to focus on transformative health and fitness. With our highly experienced trainers, we offer private and small group personal training and a carefully curated schedule of our weekly group classes with heavy favorites like THRIVE, GRIIT, GPS and our several Circuit Classes.
Now home to Verona Yoga - we additionally offer a wide range of yoga classes led by Verona Yoga instructors. With our app, you can view and manage your training session appointments, purchase training packages, book and buy group classes as well as view our weekly class schedule. In addition, you can also send a direct message to our staff with any questions or inquiries and stay in the know about all of the happenings here at The Compound NJ…. Welcome to the Good Vibe Tribe!
