ActualHealthTM is the first “whole health” app that takes into account your environmental determinants of health (SDOH), your health risk probabilities and your active health metrics, tying them all together to combine for your ActualHealthTM score. It also provides personalized AI-based resources and predictive chronic disease modeling. ActualHealthTM works best with the Apple Health app, for your active health metrics. Once your Apple Health app is set up, Actual Health will automatically use these active health metrics to help calculate your specific Actual Health score. Actual Health automatically provides you with: • Your ActualHealthTM score • Your personal risk level for: - Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) - Type 2 Diabetes - Depression • Instant AI-generated resources, tailored to your needs and location, when at-risk for CVD, type 2 Diabetes or Depression. • Daily scores + personal risk levels, as well as a 30-day running average for scores + personal risk levels Most apps calculate pieces of your health, which is fine, but it only provides a fraction of your total health picture. Tracking things like daily total step count correlates some with overall improvements in health, but depending on your living environment and other risk factors, your overall health outcome can differ greatly than an individual who lives 500 miles away, and who is a different age or gender. ActualHealthTM automatically provides this “total health picture” while actively providing positive motivation for the factors you can control and resources for the larger risk factors you may need additional help controlling. *ActualHealthTM is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
