Hero Response is a mobile application that gives responders the information they need in the field to safely and efficiently respond to incidents and keep their communities safe. It is intended to operate as a Mobile Digital Computer (MDC) for use by responders who have access to the Hero Platform.
With Hero Response, responders are able to maintain situational awareness through an interactive map that displays location and information about fellow officers and active incidents. Hero Response also empowers responders in the field by enabling easy on-scene documentation.
Using the app:
- See all active incidents and track fellow officer locations and statuses
- Receive incident assignment and easily accept via your app
- Receive routing to your assigned incident and all pertinent incident details and updates as they emerge
- Start documentation in the field via in-app notes and media capture to augment report writing
