I was having problems, connecting the printer to my Bluetooth, but I pushed the information circle on the app and followed the instructions on the Bluetooth connection button. They should include it in the instruction steps, that you have to enable Bluetooth inside of your Apps in your settings. Find the hello blink app, in your apps and manually enable that.

Connects to phone easily, worked right away, printed a detailed drawing we pulled from the photos on my phone, or online! The photos print really clear and transfer onto the skin really well! This will be a lot of fun.

I just think it could use more details in the instructions! 1: I can’t figure out where to put the paper into the printer 2: it says “Success!” When I send the image to the printer. It does nothing and finally 3: it won’t pull my paper into both the spots I put it in! I’m not trying to be the Karen here, I’m just saying it could use a little more details and finesse! That’s all! Thank you!

I was trying to print it on the app and it says please connect printer and i dont know why its not working because i go to Bluetooth to connect it and it takes forever.
