Be seen and be heard like never before with the Mama Foundation for the Arts App! If you are a Mama Music Program student or parent, a member of our Wednesday Sings adult music program, this easy to use app is your one-stop-shop for accessing your class schedule, communicating with teachers, accessing music, and class reminders! Mama Music Program Music Masters and Assistant Teachers will also be able to view student details, take attendance and notes, and assign music through the Mama Foundation. New and incoming students for all Mama programs should download this application upon registration of joining our school.

Mama Foundation for the Arts Mission Statement: Mama Foundation for the Arts’ mission is to make a joyful noise, to uplift the Black musical treasures of Gospel, jazz and R&B, and to heal and inspire through the power of collective music-making.
Music Program Description: Mama Music Program is our very own award-winning teenage gospel program that enriches 50 – 75 participants each semester with the gift of discovering their personal artistic talent and expression through music history and vocal technique, all while building self-confidence on and off stage that lasts a lifetime. The program has grown to be a highly respected source of education and self-development for youth throughout New York City and continues to teach aspiring teenagers about the importance of music as an art form. Wednesday Sings Adult Music Program Description: Bring a joyful noise to your hectic week with our Wednesday Sings workshop! Led by our top music masters each Wednesday from 7pm – 9pm, the Wednesday Sings Ensemble acts as a training ground for our youth program graduates and any other adults who have a passion for raising their voice through music. No matter your age, background or training, Mama Foundation keeps all professional training programs tuition free. All courses are alive, high energy singing and performance based intensives. Join us as we spread joy each week with Wednesday Sings!
