As residents in Accountability Court progress to Phases 4 and 5, their weekly requirements will automatically update to include Peer Check-Ins. Simple Sign-Off: Case Managers can quickly verify meetings using an in-app signature pad, replacing manual paper processes. Direct Recording: All Case Manager verifications are now instantly recorded in your permanent records. 2. Took away the compliance fields on the staff login, and added the ability for staff to remove residents who no longer are a part of the program
