In the modern world where doom scrolling for 10 hours a day is normal it’s no wonder we are so drained and disconnected from...everything! This app is a wonderful motivation to be more thoughtful and intentional to connect with your spouse. The challenges are exciting and easy: served to you in attainable, bite sized portions that aren’t overwhelming. My husband and I are both loving how you can change your focus area and activity for the day and truly appreciate the push notifications you can schedule to remind you of the day’s challenge (which we need!). In this season of life with young kids, the biggest win at the end of the day is having these great conversations on a daily basis now. The app is wonderful to help get these conversations flowing instead of using what little energy we have left at 10pm to doom scroll.

There aren’t many apps I would take time out of my day to review, however, I feel like this is one that needs to be shouted from the mountaintops. If you’re in a relationship, this app should be something that you and your partner utilize daily. From fun activities to deep moments of reflection on your relationship this app and its team gives you the ability to connect on levels you may not have ever imagined. Just try it out. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I are really enjoying this app. It’s simple enough to not feel overwhelming and it’s just a fantastic way to make connection a priority each day. We both feel closer to each other and look forward to seeing what tomorrow’s activity will be. If you’re on the fence, get this app!

I love listening to Dr. John Delony, and when I heard he had an app to help couples stay connected I was excited to use it. I used it for about a month, I did all the connecting activities that the app said to do for my husband, but my husband NEVER did anything that his activities said to do. So, I highly recommend this app, but only and ONLY if your spouse is going/willing to participate. What’s the point of an app to start connected if the other spouse isn’t willing to participate? But I do recommend this to anyone who has a willing spouse to use it. 😊

I love listening to Dr. John Delony, and when I heard he had an app to help couples stay connected I was excited to use it. I used it for about a month, I did all the connecting activities that the app said to do for my husband, but my husband NEVER did anything that his activities said to do. So, I highly recommend this app, but only and ONLY if your spouse is going/willing to participate. What’s the point of an app to start connected if the other spouse isn’t willing to participate? But I do recommend this to anyone who has a willing spouse to use it. 😊
