OK game

On the surface, this game play is very similar to Tower Defense game. The upgrade the, the way you ear resource to upgrade, card/spell, etc. Though there are a few different features that are better and worse. The pros is that there are more enhance features including free stuff when watch video. Equipment is something to make the game feels like fantasy RPG. Extra enhancement like potion with either purchase them for permanent or watch video for a short period of time. The cons seem to be overwhelm to me. Too many resources for different upgrades. Goblin drops only normal gears. Normal chests only give you normal or uncommon. Anything above, you need premium currency. That is is what I feel that this game is gearing toward too much commercial (money). That is the reason why I cannot give it a 5* rate.Update: Drop down to 3 star due to game balance and bugs. The most annoying bug is the epic/legendary chests have a chance to not give you spell or equipment but only runes! You spend premium currency and you get shaft. This doesn’t even include the low chance. Also spinning wheel is an illusion that you have equal chance to get stuff on the wheel, not! The coin has the highest probability to be landed on. The game is trying to monetize from you in every aspect. So dropped from 4 to 3 stars.Update 2: Not sure what the most recent fixed did fix anything. You don’t get more reward but only player exp in later chapter. Each monster still gives you 1 coin. Chapter 3 is a bit unique that all monsters spawn on top of the map only, but your traps and summon could pop up anywhere in the map including behind you, which is totally useless…
Fun game, but expensive and has a bug that needs fixing

I love this game. I caved and got some of the in-game purchases, though I do feel they cost more than they should…But otherwise, the only downside is that there is a bug when dying. When I am killed and I revive, I spawn back at the start of the level on which I died. However, once I beat that level, it ends up skipping ahead 1-2 levels for me, and all of the skipped waves attack me at once (for example, if I die at wave 12, and I revive and beat that wave, it takes me straight to wave 14, but waves 13 and 14 attack me at once). This makes it impossible to win after reviving. But otherwise, I think the game is great!
Just another idle defense game

Nothing remarkable about this game compared to any other defense game except for maybe the complete lack of player interaction in actual gameplay. The only participation you get is to either tap the bonus enemy when it appears or place your summoned unit . Coupled with an impossibly slow progression system, the “game” is dreadfully boring and consists of dodging ad$ and tapping to buy upgrades
Developer Response
Thanks for the feedback. Idle Wizard is designed as a casual idle game with light interaction and a focus on long-term progression. I understand it’s not for everyone, but I appreciate you giving it a try. If you have any suggestions or feedback, feel free to contact me at idle.wizard.rpg@gmail.com.Viktor (Developer)
