How do I get started?
Download Fortify and try it out free for your first 7 days. Fortify requires a subscription (after the trial period) and both Annual and Monthly subscriptions are available. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period. Your Fortify subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each month or year) until you cancel. Canceling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled. However, you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

I downloaded this app a couple weeks ago and so far it is my favorite workout app. I have tried 5 different workout apps and it's like they are trying to cover everything for everyone... too much, and too busy. This app is exactly what I wanted as a 50 yo woman who is working out to build good muscles and strong bones and stay that way post menopause. I love that it sets up your workout by muscle groups and not days or times per week, so I can just focus on the workout itself and not get distracted by it I did it in the right day or all the times per week. It keeps me focused on the right thing, which is getting the workout itself done, the right way.My absolute favorite part of the app is the ability to view different videos of form for each exercise. Correct form is important to me as I'm protecting my body while building it. So many apps have garbage videos or drawings and some aren't even good form for the particular exercise. I am a visual learner and the ability to watch a good video of proper form is incredibly beneficial to me over reading an explanation in words. Thank you so much for adding this exceptional feature.I also like that you label the exercises as newbie, beginner, advanced, etc... I am at different levels for different exercises... the ability to choose the specific level for each exercise is top notch as I am at different levels for different exercises. This way I know I can build good form properly in areas I am lacking. Other apps I have tried don't have this individual option. I also love that this is for strength training specifically not cardio and everything else. I use the app specifically for planning my workout and track my improvement for building strength. I don't want to use it for anything else.

It’s Not Guided

The exercises are not guided in this app. Instead, the workout is created for you. The exercises are given. Then you’re supposed to do them on your own. There is no person, no AI picture, no one saying start, stop, counting . . . Instead, you look at the exercises and do them on your own. I need someone to guide me. See them doing it, or at least have a picture of what the exercises is and the person doing it. The app does listen to your experience and will reconfigure your exercise program, so that’s an important benefit. So, I gave it 5 stars because it is good for what it is; I just need something different.

First of all I’m not 40 and I still have quite a few years to go before I’m even close but AS A fitness enthusiast and one looking to be the better version of myself as well as fix things I’ve may had injured prior etc… this app is PERFECT…. The feeling and UI of the app is also amazing super easy and not complicated WELL DONEEarned my 5 stars
