Infolens Med provides general educational information based on the contents of your report. Where relevant, explanations may include general lifestyle topics that you may wish to discuss with a qualified healthcare professional.
The app does not tell you what treatment to take, change, start, or stop.

Keep your uploaded reports organised in one place. You can review previous reports and compare changes over time, helping you prepare better questions for your doctor or healthcare provider.
AI Assistant for Report Questions
Ask questions about the report you uploaded and receive plain language educational explanations. The AI assistant is designed to help you understand medical terminology, report sections, and general health information.
It is not a replacement for a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Clear Visual Summaries
Infolens Med uses simple visual cues to help you understand which values are within the reference range shown in your report and which values may need further discussion with your healthcare provider.
Privacy and AI Processing
To provide AI powered explanations, the report image, PDF, extracted text, and any questions you submit may be securely sent to Google Gemini, our third party AI service provider, for processing.
This may include health related information contained in your uploaded report, such as test names, values, dates, symptoms, and text visible in the document or image.
You will be asked for permission in the app before your report content is sent for AI processing.
Please do not upload any report or information that you do not want processed by a third party AI service.
