The ability to update nutritional information is a huge plus, especially when I know the exact details. For example, my Smoothie King GLP smoothie has 45g of protein, but the app showed 25g. Being able to correct that keeps my tracking accurate.The food scanner and barcode feature are lifesavers, whether I’m out grocery shopping or cooking at home. I also really enjoy being able to take pictures of my scale to log progress seamlessly.Another favorite feature is the shot tracker as it helps me stay on top of when my next shot is due, which makes it so much easier to connect symptoms and hunger changes with timing. And speaking of symptoms, I love that I can log my “craving days” or anxiety days. This app is great for tracking not only food and water, but shot timing and symptoms as well. I love the AI scanning of food so you don’t have to type everything in. The only issue I have is that some of the screens that pop up don’t fit on the phone screen, and the sides are cut off. I made sure that it wasn’t the sizing that I had in my settings on my phone either. If this was fixed, it would be perfect.
