Station managers can now request and approve fund transfers between stations on behalf of riders. Requests can be accepted or rejected (with a reason), funds are sent directly to the rider’s wallet, and all actions are audit-logged. Transfer statuses are clearly shown as Pending, Accepted, or Rejected for full transparency.

- Admins can now search support cases by rider name and case ID - The rider details page now contain all the cases that is linked to the rider - Admins can now assign a support staff to a retrofit station, to enable support staffs that are in those locations to resolve cases on the field

Admins and swap station managers can manually credit rider wallets by entering transaction details. Wallets are credited instantly, and each credit is tracked as an overdraft record. The system automatically monitors and marks overdrafts as settled once sufficient funds are available.

Bug Fixes & Improvements Improvement: Implemented a delimiter for QR code scanning so that one scan now returns all rider details. This eliminates multiple scans per transaction and improves operational efficiency. Why Update? Change: Reduce the amount of time spent to swap the tri-cycle.
