I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering subscribing to this app for NCMHCE prep. Even though my subscription is fully active until December 6, 2025, I haven’t been able to access the 150-question practice blocks for several days now. This is one of the main features I paid for, and with my exam only a week away, it’s really disappointing and stressful not to have access to the tools I need.What makes it worse is that I emailed their support team, and I haven’t received any response at all. As someone who paid for a full subscription, I expected at least basic customer service, especially when the issue is blocking my exam preparation.
