Dream EZ uses Imagery Rehearsal Therapy (IRT) principles to help you change your nightmares into less disturbing dreams so you can get a better night’s sleep. Although Dream EZ can be used on its own, this app was designed to be used in conjunction with a health care provider who is trained in IRT for nightmare reduction. The app offers a dream log to record your nightmares and dreams. The app also offers sleep tools that can be used to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and promote better sleep.
