POSibility is an intentionally simple point-of-sale application designed to work entirely offline. The app doesn't require any login, account creation, or internet connection to function.
The app does not collect any personal data from users. All business information, sales records, and receipts are stored locally on the device only. There are no analytics, tracking, or data collection mechanisms implemented.
For testing purposes, you can simply open the app and follow the initial setup prompts to enter basic business information. From there, you can create receipts by adding products and customer details. All core functionality is accessible without requiring any external connections or dependencies.
While the current version focuses on core POS functionality with a minimalist approach, we do plan to introduce additional features in future updates based on user feedback. These planned features will maintain the app's commitment to simplicity and offline functionality while expanding capabilities for small business users.

Your business logo now prints on receipts and PDFs — until now it only appeared in the on-screen preview
Reports covering more than one currency split into a section each: dollars, euros and pounds are no longer added into one meaningless figure. If you trade in a single currency, the report looks exactly as before
A shorter guided tour: seven steps instead of eleven, each pointing at something actually on the screen

Receipt totals add up. A discount used to look subtracted twice — "Subtotal 4.05, Discount −0.45, Total 4.05". The subtotal is now shown before the discount
Currency symbols: nine of fifteen displayed mangled characters instead of €, £, ¥, ₴. Correct everywhere now, and receipts you had already saved were repaired automatically
Long receipts are no longer cut off when shared as an image
Save and View now tell you what is missing instead of silently doing nothing
Loading from iCloud no longer duplicates sales you already had
Receipt numbers keep counting past 999 instead of overwriting an older sale
If the sales file cannot be read, the app says so and stops writing rather than overwriting your history
