The only thing I don’t really like about this game is the fact that it says a new story is “coming soon”, but its said it for like weeks now, what is your definition of soon?

I did the update this morning on all three of the devices i have, all in various stages of the game. Now the game isnt working; not giving out new orders at all. Also the pack for trip event at the beginning of the game gives out waaay less rewards than it did originally all of a sudden. Same with the card collections; way less card packs and way less new cards. I have spent money on each account / device and i am more than frustrated at this. Nevermind that i have been waiting for what seems like forever for new chapters on the one account i am furthest on. DEVS!!! PLEASE FIX THESE PROBLEMS!! If it doesn’t get fixed soon and if players aren’t given some sort of recompense for the time lost in game and events, lost rewards, lost and energy etc., I will definitely not spend anymore time or money on this game and will most likely delete the app from all devices. I play a lot of merge games and The drama in this one is so good. Sometimes it’s cheesy, but it is definitely not as cheesy as some of the other lead merge games out there. I am sad to read other reviews that say that the storyline ends at some point. This game is truly addicting. I would love it if the developer came out with more games like this.

I enjoy the game as something that doesn’t take any mental energy to do. However, since the last update everything is harder to get. For instance, you only get 1 maybe 2 star card despite the difficulty level, which means you don’t get to finish the card deck. The vault used to give you full items now it gives you little things. Despite spending to much money, I still can’t finish my last deck. It’s just sad now and may delete.
