KayCal makes it easy to count calories and track nutrients. Just scan your meal and AI will keep track of everything for you.
The app helps you find a daily calorie target based on your measurements, target weight and desired weight loss speed.
You can track almost any nutrient you can think of. The app has a default selection of nutrients that should cover the most common deficiencies.
Nutrient targets and upper limits are customizable. The app defaults to targets and upper limits based on the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) established by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
Meal data is stored securely in your iCloud and syncs across your devices.
Note: AI can make mistakes. Values are only estimates and should be double-checked.
A KayCal Pro Subscription is required to unlock food scanning, higher rate limits, faster responses and smarter AI.
