HealthHero is a gamified health monitor that rewards your real life habits! Connect to Apple Health to track your sleep, steps, and exercise. The game plays itself while you focus on your health goals! Earn strength and coins to upgrade your hero through healthy habits. Gamification can be a powerful tool to develop better habits. Incorporate healthy behaviors with a fun adventure full of play, rewards, and challenges. Earn coins to power up your hero and collect cute pets that support your journey. With engaging gameplay and real progress, staying healthy has never been this fun! Travel across 5 different regions ranging from the earthly forests to the coldest voids, fighting over 35 monsters along the way! Each region has 3 different bosses, each tied to the region and the smaller enemies you will encounter along the way. They will enter the fight and try to scare you, but you should never falter, hero! By playing HealthHero, you can contribute to innovative research on how gamification can help to create healthy habits. All data collected is completely anonymous and only includes steps, calories, exercise, sleep, age, sex and the total playtime in the game.
