Not lots of option pre made

I just signed up, tried to upload my images, and it keeps pulling trademark images off of premade videos. So I can’t even literally upload my own image with my own logo on it. Due to it pulling the wrong logo. It’s taking away my coin so then in return, I would have to buy more coins when it’s their mistake. Will try quick to figure out how to delete the app and not get charged for it.

No try before you buy

I can honestly say that I have never downloaded an app where you couldn’t try the product before you bought it. You can either pay $20 a month or get the yearly subscription. Before you download the app it states a free version yet there is nothing free about this app. I definitely would never pay for an app that I couldn’t try first.

Complete misrepresentation

This app charges you for the app $20 per month tales to tell you that it is based on a credit system that you have to buy credits in order to use their product. After finding this out, I canceled it immediately, but I’m still out $20. I will be sending a complaint to Apple as I feel like this is a total scale.

Hi! Sorry for the confusion — the app actually provides free credits so you can try it before subscribing. The subscription details are shown by Apple before confirming the purchase, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Each AI video uses real servers, which is why it runs on a credit system. We never charge outside of Apple’s secure billing.
