I love the game but when I try and withdraw I have issues when it comes to my phone number. All other info verified but phone keeps saying send fail. Tried contacting customer service last week and still have yet to get a response. Trying again today. Anyone else having this issue?

This app is not only a waste of time and money, but it’s not even as fun as some of the other solitaire games out there. Don’t waste your time with this one, they make it impossible to withdraw and they never get back to you with their “support”. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages; the emails go unanswered and the messages in the app just disappear after a few days. I made multiple attempts to get in touch. I finally did, they gave me a link to verify identity. I did that, and STILL can’t withdraw. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re trying to steal people’s identity’s too. Beware.

This game is really fun, especially if you’re a fan of solitaire, but has anyone tried to withdraw money from winning and when you go to verify your identity you run into a message saying “information is incorrect”? This happened to me a few days ago.

So far so good, it’s a good game and you have to put in your location so that’s a good sign that it’s a legit game. Easy to earn money, although I have not gotten that far to withdraw because I refuse to spend any money on the app. I’d rather earn it. One of the best solitaire games out there.
