Ennie was created by world-renowned energy healer Charlie Goldsmith, from the TLC documentary series The Healer, to facilitate anonymous connections between potential energy healers and users. Ennie puts the possibility of energy healing in the palm of your hands by connecting you with potential energy healers. Ennie is not intended to connect Users with Charlie; instead, it is designed to build a community of energy healers with abilities like Charlie's and connect them with individuals who want to experience energy healing. Our ultimate goal is to connect you with energy healers who can work on your concerns to achieve potentially improved lives with greater freedom of movement, well-being, and lasting vitality.

- Results dictated by you – you decide whether you’re improving or not, not the energy healer
- All prospective energy healers undergo feedback by users to ensure that energy healers who remain on the app are consistently achieving high ratings from users
- A virtual assistant interface collects information from you and provides it to the prospective energy healer: the user and the energy healer do not directly speak or see each other
- Prospective energy healers may find fulfillment and, in a future version of the app, be able to earn extra income from healing sessions (not available at this time)
How does Ennie work?
> AI assisted assessment
Answer a few quick questions about your concerns. Our virtual assistant will collect information about your needs to inform the energy healer with whom you’re connected. You’ll then join the queue.
> Smart queues
As you move up in the queue, we'll notify you. If you don’t have an immediate need for connecting with an energy healer when you get to the front, others can go before you. We’ll hold your spot for 30 days until you are ready to connect with an energy healer.
> Energy healing sessions
In a session, an energy healer will assess your concerns and then begin energy healing. The session continues for up to five minutes, as long as you would like to continue the session (you may stop at any time).
> Feedback for energy healers
You can give feedback through the app during and after each session. We’ll also follow up with you 24 hours afterwards.
> Energy healer reassignment
If you are not finding a benefit from an energy healer after three check-ins, you will be connected to a new energy healer (if available at the time).
