Do I really have to start over?

I originally downloaded this game from Netflix MONTHS ago and reached Level 145 before it crashed. Now that the game is available on Apple, is there a way to retrieve that history? I love this game and actually missed playing every night before bed!

Frustrating App

It’s a fun game but the app has glitches and that’s what made me delete it. There were a few days when I couldn’t play the “versus bot” and I don’t know why. I would click on it and the screen would just go black. To exit the app, I had to swipe up so many times because it would just not want to swipe up. I don’t have this issue with any other app. And then, if you want to watch an ad to shuffle letters, which there is now a limit where there wasn’t before, the ads don’t load half the time. My husband and I will be looking for a different game to play against each other.

It’s a fun game but the app has glitches and that’s what made me delete it. There were a few days when I couldn’t play the “versus bot” and I don’t know why. Great Game, needs optimization

Very happy to be playing this game after losing Netflix, I am happy to start over. However, this game is considerably slower than the last time I played it. Whenever I begin to enter a word it stutters around the third or fourth letter. Really discouraging when I’m playing and have multiple words in mind but I am slowed down by the game.. why is it like this now?
