Refined logic for how to associate boards and relays, made other minor UT tweaks.

This version cleans up the landscape view and gets rid of the unnecessary text at the bottom. It add a dynamic max level indicator showing the maximum total weight over the last several seconds.

Added time series for total weight and reconfigured landscape orientation mode.

Connection status separates the relay connection and the board connection - showing both independently.

The total weight section now tracks the max weight applied to the balance board over the previous 2 seconds, allowing someone to check if they are momentarily weighting a leg they are trying to keep inactive.

This version changes the weight units from kg to lbs and adds a calibration button.

Previously the application required calibration. This version removes that requirement.
