Privacy & safety first Strictly limited sharing: Location is visible only from T-10 to event end—no persistent tracking. Invite-only events: Non-public by default; links are guarded. Clear onboarding: Guided permissions for notifications and location. Safety prompts: Avoid interactions while walking or driving. Data scope: Location and notification tokens are used only for their stated purpose and removed/obfuscated after the necessary retention window. FAQ Can I share my location all the time? No. Puctee is designed for minimal sharing—only the last 10 minutes before the event through the end. Is it useful alone? Yes. Self-meetups are great for personal deadlines; pair them with small rewards. Are penalties required? No. Use only if your group agrees—keep them light and fun. Battery impact? Puctee confines sharing to a short window and uses efficient update intervals to limit battery use. What about late joins or mid-event sync? Location sharing (T-10→end) plus chat supports catch-ups; we’ll keep improving this.
