An app for any landscape photographer to help plan the perfect photo composition before heading out to the field. This map-centric app allows you to decide what focal length (and therefore, lens) is needed to compose your scene from any camera location in the world. It gives you a field of view of what your lens will cover. The 3D map and satellite view provide an idea of what will be in the scene, including foreground and background objects. For example, using a medium format camera you want to photograph a sun setting behind the Golden Gate Bridge from the Berkeley Pier (a distance of almost 9 miles). What lens will you need to capture this scene with just the full span of the bridge in the composition? This app will help you make that decision. The app also provides a 360 degree pannable view of a location.
