This app boosts staff engagement through a points-based system that tracks contributions, encourages recognition, and motivates through rankings. Each user has specific access and responsibilities to ensure smooth performance tracking and activity management.
The personalized dashboard shows recent activity, earned points, and allows staff to submit completed tasks for approval. Supervisors review and approve staff submissions, while admins oversee and approve points from supervisors.
A dedicated rankings module displays performance tiers and goals set by admins, encouraging healthy competition and alignment with organizational objectives.
Real-time notifications keep everyone updated on new goals, tier changes, client feedback, and point statuses.
Each user gets a unique QR code that clients can scan to rate their service. Staff can track ratings and view their performance history. Profile settings allow personal info updates and password changes.
